Tailgait Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Tailgait (“we”, “us”) is a game-day parking and tailgate finder for Buffalo Bills home games. This policy explains what information the app handles and what it deliberately does not.

The short version

What we collect

Account information (from Apple or Google sign-in): your display name, the email address your provider shares (Apple lets you hide your real one — that’s fine with us), and a sign-in identifier. Used to operate your account. Processed by Clerk (our sign-in provider) and stored in Convex (our database provider).

Optional contact email: if you choose to add one, we store it to send you the updates you opted into. You can remove it or turn off updates any time in the Profile tab.

What we deliberately do not collect

Who else touches the data

Both are processors bound by their own security and privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.

Parking and tailgate listings

Listings shown in the app are created and approved by the Tailgait team. Homeowner contact details are kept in a private, separate store; the only owner detail fans ever see is a phone number the owner explicitly agreed to display.

Deleting your account

Profile tab → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account record and sign-in identity. There is no waiting period and nothing to email us about — though you can, at the address below.

Children

Tailgait is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes first and the app’s store listings are updated to match. Material changes will be called out in the app.
